How group membership works

Each seat is a prepaid membership for the term you choose — there's no recurring billing.

Pick how many months the membership runs and how many people (seats) you're buying for. You pay once, upfront.

Members join

We activate each person by email straight away, or send you codes to hand out. Each gets their own private login.

One course a month

Every member adds one new course of their choice each month and keeps full access to it for the whole term.

We'll send your receipt and (for codes) the membership codes here.
📧 By emailEnter each member's email now. As soon as payment clears, we create their FlourishIQ account (or use their existing one) and activate membership — they get a welcome email with how to log in.
🎟️ By codesWe email you a redeemable membership code for every seat. Hand them out whenever you like; each person redeems theirs at flourishiq.co.za/redeem.php to activate.
On payment, each person gets a FlourishIQ account + membership for the term + a welcome email.
🎓 A note on university courses: Group membership is for organisations or families buying optional FlourishIQ access for their people. It doesn't affect students taking a course as part of their curriculum — those stay free through their institution, with participation unaffected.

Questions

What exactly does each member get?

A prepaid FlourishIQ membership for the whole term. Each month, the member chooses one new course from the catalogue and keeps full access to it — every tool, activity and their tracked progress — for the rest of the term.

Is there any monthly billing?

No. Group membership is prepaid for the term you choose, in one payment. Nothing recurs and there's nothing to cancel — access simply runs to the end date.

How is the price worked out?

Each seat costs R149 per month × the number of months in the term, then a volume discount applies on your seat count (5–9 seats 10% off, 10–24 15%, 25–49 20%, 50+ 25%).

What if I don't have everyone's email yet?

Choose "By codes". We'll email the codes to you and you can hand them out whenever you're ready — members redeem them in their own time.

Do members pay anything?

No. You pay once for the group; members simply log in (email mode) or redeem their code (code mode) at no cost to them.
