How group orders work

For teams, classes, churches, families — anyone buying FlourishIQ courses for several people at once.

Build your order

Add one or more courses and choose how many people (seats) you need for each. One seat = 12 months' full access for one person.

Pay once, securely

You'll see your total with the volume discount applied automatically, then pay by card via PayFast. A single payment covers the whole group.

People get access

Choose how they're added: we enrol them by email straight away, or send you codes to hand out. Each person gets their own private login.

We'll send your receipt and (for codes) the access codes here.
📧 By emailYou give us each person's email now. As soon as payment clears, we create their FlourishIQ account (or use their existing one) and enrol them — they receive a welcome email explaining how to log in.
🎟️ By codesWe email you a redeemable code for every seat, grouped by course. Hand them out whenever you like; each person enters their code at flourishiq.co.za/redeem.php to unlock the course.
In email mode, paste each course's recipient emails below it — the count must match that course's quantity.

Questions

Can I order different courses for different people?

Yes. Add a separate line for each course and set its own quantity — for example Course A × 6, Course B × 2, Course C × 1. It's all one order and one payment.

Can one person get more than one course?

Absolutely. In email mode, simply include their email under each course you'd like them to have. In code mode, give them one code per course.

How long does access last?

Each seat gives 12 months of full access to that course — counted from when the person is enrolled (email mode) or redeems their code (code mode).

How is the discount calculated?

It's based on the total number of seats across your whole order: 5–9 seats save 10%, 10–24 save 15%, 25–49 save 20%, and 50+ save 25%. The discount applies to the entire basket, so combining courses helps you reach the next tier.

What if I don't have everyone's email address yet?

Choose "By codes". We'll email the codes to you, and you can distribute them whenever you're ready — recipients redeem them in their own time.

Do the recipients pay anything?

No. You pay once for the whole group; recipients simply log in (email mode) or redeem their code (code mode) at no cost to them.
