Generate a 2-hour class code; learners open , enter the class code and their learner code, and answer three questions (±60 seconds).

Field tests
EUROFIT / Talent Search battery — enter what you measured; blanks are fine. Lower is better for the timed tests (sprint, shuttle, tapping) and for flamingo falls. Teacher ratings are observational (1–5). Run each test by its published protocol (protocol sheet in your school pack).

Late developers often outperform early stars (relative-age and maturation effects) — treat every profile as a door, not a verdict. Evidence-backed guidance: broad sampling in the school years, not early specialisation, predicts long-term sporting success (Güllich, Macnamara & Hambrick, 2022).
