For most of my life I collected good ideas about wellbeing the way some people collect books they never open. I knew the research. I could quote the studies on gratitude, on resilience, on what makes a life go well. And yet, on the hard days, none of that knowledge reliably changed what I actually did.
That gap — between knowing and doing — is the most important problem in wellbeing, and almost nobody builds for it. We have endless inspiration and almost no infrastructure. We are told to be more grateful, more present, more resilient, and then left to figure out the how entirely on our own.
Insight without a tool is just a nice feeling that fades by lunchtime.
FlourishIQ is my answer to that. Not another library of advice, but a workshop of tools — small, repeatable, evidence-based practices you can pick up on a Tuesday afternoon and actually use. I built the thing I wished had existed when I was younger and trying so hard to live well on willpower alone.
