ALIGHT is a model of positive leadership developed by Cornelia Lucey and Jolanta Burke: six resources, Abundance, Limberness, Inspiration, Grand Design, Health and Tribe, each with three components. The course gives one module to each of the eighteen components, between an opening module that takes your baseline and a closing module that takes it again and turns the difference into a development plan. Each module is a session with a Foundation Note, a reader and its tools.

Do I need a previous course?

No. No prior course is needed.

Do I have to be a manager?

No. It is for anyone who leads, from a committee chair or student leader to a coach, lecturer or team lead.

Can I work offline?

Yes. 164 of the 177 tools are also fillable workbooks you keep on your own device. The scored instruments and profiles stay online, because a page cannot do the arithmetic.
