The Problem
"Good intentions are easy; following through is hard. Popular advice says willpower runs out like a battery, or that it is unlimited if you believe it is. Neither held up. This course teaches what does: knowing your own story about your limits, choosing what you value, steering your attention, and turning intentions into specific if-then plans and habits."

Who it's for

The right fit

Designed for For any adult who feels stuck, flat or on autopilot, or who simply wants to live more on purpose: at work, at home, in study, in a team or in retirement. Team leaders, managers, teachers, coaches and parents will find tools for helping others act with intention too.

Most of us drift more than we choose: through scripts we never wrote, habits we never meant to form and attention that others steer for us. This course trains the five skills that turn good intentions into a life you steer, on your own and with the people around you. It builds on the book Intention by Ross, Krastev and Pilat and on the stronger research behind it, stated at its real strength. Every tool built for the course ends the same way: an intention, an if-then plan and a cue.

Common questions

FAQ

Is this about becoming a high-flyer?
No. High performance here means living by your own intentions, whatever their size: a walk around the block counts as much as a marathon.
Will it tell me willpower is unlimited?
No. The battery idea of willpower failed large replications, and the opposite claim goes too far as well. Real limits such as sleep, illness and pain are respected, and rest chosen on purpose is a good choice.
Where do I start?
With From Drifting to Intention: it takes stock of where you are and introduces the if-then plan that runs through every module.
