Every group that does things together has a culture, whether anyone chose it or not. TeamSmart helps a group see it, name it and practise it on purpose, through 29 tools in 5 modules, one for each moment every group meets: when we start, every week, when it is hard, when we look back, and when we see each other. Sixteen tools are for a person to use, twelve are sessions a group runs from a printed card, and one is a private measure of how safe the team feels. It draws on licensed positive psychology team exercises and on the team science of Edmondson, Coyle, Burkus, Beeckman and Friedman.

Do we have to do it as a whole team?
No. Work through it as a group over a season, or alone as the one person who starts.
Will my teammates see what I write?
No. Every member's record stays private. A team sees only its own aggregate, never a ranking and never another member's entries, and what people say about a named colleague is said in the room and never stored.
Do the modules have to be done in order?
No. Each module is one moment, self-contained and useful on its own, in any order and at any pace.
