This course is for a learner who wants to live more on purpose: a school leaver choosing a subject or a path, a student whose evenings slip past the assignment they meant to start, an adult learner fitting study around work and home. Teachers, coaches and parents also find tools here for helping others act with intention.
In this course you train five skills that turn good intentions into a life you steer: willpower, curiosity, values, attention and habits. It builds on recent thinking about intention and on the stronger research behind it, stated at its real strength. Real limits such as sleep, illness and pain are respected, and rest chosen on purpose counts as a good choice. Every tool built for the course ends the same way: an intention, an if-then plan and a cue.
In My Script Audit you sort what you do into your own choices, other people's expectations, unchosen habits and real constraints, and pick one small choice this week that is truly yours. My Limits Story helps you tell a real limit that needs rest from a story you can test. Belief Stress Test shows you how to test a belief, and Value Tension Map helps you act on your values when two of them pull apart. Unforced Change walks one habit through seven steps of noticing, from what it really gives you to what you might freely choose instead.
I suggest you begin with the first module, From Drifting to Intention: it takes stock of where you are and introduces the if-then plan that runs through every module. A free twenty-four-hour trial of the whole course lets you look around first.
